The City of Segovia Segovia reminded that from Monday, April 4, will be open daily Segovia Mint at 16:30 pm and Saturday at 10:00, 12:00 and 16:30 hours, accompanied by an official guide of the city.
These visits, lasting approximately 2 hours, allow citizens to access not only the physical space of the plant, but they know the history of the Mint, the uses that have given over more than 300years of activity and the basic lines that will guide their future use.
Will be sponsored by the company Volconsa and managed by Empresa Municipal de Turismo, which will form the groups. This activity is part of the collaboration that the company, a member of Club 16, provides the achievement of the Cultural Capital 2016.
In order to participate in them, from now may withdraw invitations in the Central Reserve Segovia Visitor Reception Center, which is open from 10:00 to 19:00 hours.

The first coin was given to his widow Marie Jo Peace at a ceremony in the main building of the Banco de Mexico.
